Any demo balance, test balance, faucet amount, sandbox token, or Surfpool/testnet balance shown in YesNo is for testing and product development only. It does not represent cash, real funds, or a right to withdraw real value.

If YesNo connects to a blockchain wallet, you are responsible for your wallet, keys, transactions, and signatures. Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed, or fail due to network or third-party conditions.

YesNo and its original design, software, branding, copy, interfaces, and product features are owned by YesNo or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, market data, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by applicable law or written permission.

YesNo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, market accuracy, data completeness, wallet compatibility, or any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, YesNo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, market losses, wallet losses, or third-party service failures.
